theory of evolution

Soya Cantine Bio. 20 rue de la Pierre Levee, Paris 11

I seek nothing else.
This is what a good idea turned into perfect reality looks like: workshop window panes on the street, long wooden tables and steel ceiling beams, warm lights and efficient staff.  The organic, vegetarian fare is remarkable - flavors and colors that seduce you into letting your guards down. Every bite is a small discovery.  Soya’s dinner experience is a beautiful reprieve from the sadness of a grey afternoon or the madness of a too-long metro ride.  I used to believe that tasty vegetarian plates, stylish décor and friendly staff were the prerogative of foreign metropolises: I stand corrected.  I have found civilization in Paris.

Bonus: extensive tea selection served after 5:00 pm (Parisians know what I mean).
